Sono a buon punto i lavori di revisione delle due carrozze di SVF, Tipo 1951R e Tipo 1936 a due assi. Quasi ultimate le parti sottocassa, si sta procedendo alla riverniciatura e al montaggio degli arredi interni. Ancora poco e potremo ammirarle in tutto il loro antico splendore. Le carrozze sono in revisione presso la FD Costruzioni di Cancello Arnone (CE), dopo il loro recupero avvenuto rispettivamente il 4 giugno e il 18 maggio scorsi. Dalle foto, scattate ai primi di ottobre, è possibile osservare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori, con la 1936 già in livrea definitiva -senza scritte e pittogrammi- in castano/Isabella. Per la Corbellini era in corso la mascheratura e la verniciatura di fondo. Nelle prossime settimane verranno allestiti anche gli interni per poi procedere al riassemblaggio delle varie componenti.
The works on the two SVF coaches are well under way, the 1951R type and the two axles 1936 type. Having the part under the body almost completed, the two coaches receive now a fresh paint job and the replacemet of the interior with restored furnitures. In a short while they will return to their former splendor.
The two coaches are under overhauling in the “FD Constructions” firm, located in Cancello Arnone (CE) after being recovered on 4th Jun 2015 and on 18th May 2015. The pictures published here were took at the start of October and show the work progress, with the 1936 type coach wearing the final brown and isabelline livery but missing pictograms and markings. The Corbellini coach received the masking and a coat of primer. The interiors will be rebuilt in the next weeks and finally the various components will be re-assembled.
